As a Teaching Assistant, you're an essential part of the educational team, providing support to both teachers and students. Your role involves assisting with classroom activities, offering one-on-one support to students, and helping to maintain a conducive learning environment.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Providing individualized support to students who may need extra help
* Supporting teachers with administrative tasks like grading and record-keeping
* Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth functioning of the classroom
* Offering additional assistance during extracurricular activities or field trips
