The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
Support students with special educational needs (SEN)
Participate in school activities and eventsRequirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed
The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff
An understanding of the UK education system
