Senior Quantity Surveyor – Leicester – up to £70k + car allowance

New opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established and successful award winning civil engineering contractor based in Leicester!

Projects:

Our client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join them to initially work on a prestigious £multimillion highways scheme.

Following on from this they have an exciting range of schemes that they work on which you would move on to, with projects covering the Midlands and East of England including highways, bridges, town centre regeneration, public realm and infrastructure. They carry out works for both private clients and the public sector, and project values range from £300k- £10m.

Desired Experience:

The are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has solid experience in working on civil engineering projects, on highways in particular. You will also have a strong knowledge of NEC and JCT forms of contracts.

The role:

This role will include meeting with clients, developing solid relationships with supply chain and taking commercial responsibility for delivering schemes and you must have proven demonstrable experience of this.
