To continue our double digit growth in the companion animal health business in the Benelux we are looking for an ambitious Business Unit Director Companion Animals.

Region Benelux with offices in Capelle aan den IJssel (NL) and Zaventem (BE)

Position As a Business Unit Director you lead a complex business unit capable of achieving stretching sales targets and market share growth. You are fully accountable for delivering results. In your division, you plan and manage the development of the marketing, technical and sales resources - including services and consultancy - necessary for sustained business results. You lead leaders and you are a role model of outstanding leadership behaviors, you live the Zoetis values. It's your challenge to build a high collaborative and performing team (35 FTE). In pursuit of 'One Zoetis', this role undertakes much collaboration outside the region, through Europe and globally. You are also a member of the Benelux Leadership Team and contribute to the forging of the overall Benelux business strategy. You drive the achievement of the team's strategic goals and the countries financial objectives. The following core responsibilities are yours:

Your profile:

• Senior leader in marketing and sales.
• Master Degree in business.
• You know how to manage managers.
• Solid financial management experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, French is a strong plus.
• Result driven, change manager, customer focused and servant leader.
