In your new role you will:

• Manage a global team of experts in the area of Advanced Analytics
• Define and drive the vision, strategy, target setting, and roadmap planning for the team
• Collaborate with intercultural teams from other global Infineon sites and local/global product engineering users & representatives from all levels
• Act as a first-contact business analyst towards global Key Accounts & Stakeholders to understand business requirements and delegate them into the teams
• Drive resource planning, organizational topics, and increase the level of standardization balanced with a cost-optimized project portfolio
• Get the team transformed to DevOps and Agile Processes, staffed and working according expectations effectively and efficiently
• Contribute to team success by applying leadership skills, fostering development measures for personal and team growth, and participating in corporate AI/ML initiatives

Your ProfileYou understand the key factors for successful innovation and are adept at fostering the necessary conditions while being fully aware of the strengths, development needs, and motivational drivers of your team members, deploying them according to their competences within your team.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University/Master degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant job experience in digitalization, application management and software development (incl. agile, DevOps)
• Strong technical and people leadership skills
• In-depth knowledge of Factory Integration Systems' architecture and technical aspects
• Proficiency in AI/ML, statistical, and advanced analytics methods/tools, as well as semiconductor manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication skills in English, with German language proficiency as a plus
