This is an extremely focussed office who have firm, respectful relationships with each member of the team and only work to the highest of standards.

You will have a demonstratable background within housebuilding coupled with excellent people management skills and a desire to progress your career.

The following is also required:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field (master's degree preferred).
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and technical standards.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, project management software).

What does the role involve?

As a Senior Technical Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our development projects, overseeing the technical aspects from inception to completion. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities, you will ensure that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the coordination of technical aspects across multiple projects simultaneously.
Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external consultants, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any technical issues or challenges.
Manage the resolution of technical queries and discrepancies in a timely manner, maintaining project timelines and budgets.
