Job Title Domestic Gas Engineer
Our Client
Our client is a well known heating contractor that provide installations, servicing and maintenance for gas and central heating systems within domestic and commercial markets, with work spanning across the UK. They currently require a Domestic Service and Breakdown Gas Engineer to join their expanding team in Barrow-in-Furness and surrounding area.
Domestic Gas Engineer Description
- Domestic Gas Service and Repair Engineers will cover Domestic central heating system service, maintenance and repair.
- The Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer will be required to cover a call out rota attending breakdowns
- Carry out landlord safety certificates
- Engineers are required to work within Domestic social housing sites across the local post code area.
Domestic Gas Engineer Requirements
The successful candidate must be willing to travel across areas such as Barrow-in-Furness, hold a full UK driving licence and the following qualifications:
- Domestic Gas Safe / ACS Domestic (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and Heating
Domestic Gas Engineer Remuneration
- Salary - £30,000 - £37,000 (OTE £40k+)
- Bonus system
- Overtime and Call Out – 1 in 5
- Company Vehicle
- 20 days holiday + BH (Rising to 22 days after 1 year)
