Our client is an award-winning university spin off that have developed and patented a high throughput screening platform combining synthetic & stem cell biology. Their technology allows for precise, efficient and consistent gene editing of human pluripotent stem cells which can be done at scale for research, drug discovery and cell therapy purposes.
Due to expansion, they are currently looking for an ambitious and experienced Technical Support Manager to provide their customers with high-quality customer service and technical assistance for the research products range, resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A BSc, MSc and/or PhD in Cell Biology (or closely related subject)
* >4 years experience providing support to customers in a similar position and industry (Cell biology, Life Sciences, etc)
* Fluency in English and additional language skills would be highly desirable (French, Spanish, German, etc)
