Credit Controller

Michelle Denny Recruitment are working alongside the well-established Bike and Scooter Insurance company Lexham Insurance based in Diss, Norfolk. We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their already busy team. Salary is £23,750.00pa working full time Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm and 10am – 6pm.
As a Credit Controller you will play a critical role in managing the accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment from customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Credit Control, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Main duties will include:
Communicating with B2C customers regarding their policy direct debits
Advising appropriately and setting up payment plans as necessary
Taking payments
Updating the system with amendments and conversation notes
Liaising with debt management companies Experience needed:
Experience within a similar role
Good numeracy and IT skills
