About the Role: Gilbert Meher is pleased to collaborate with a leading client in the healthcare sector to recruit a motivated Clinical Lead for a facility in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to provide clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and support to the care team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of appropriate interventions.
Mentor and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with the Home Manager and other healthcare professionals to optimize resident care outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.
Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with active NMC registration.
Previous experience in a clinical leadership role within a care home setting.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
