Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join Blackburn with Darwen Council’s Employee Relations Team on an initial 2-3 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.
Key Duties:
* Providing professional HR Advice and Guidance across the organisation to managers on all HR related issues
* Identifying and analysing recurring issues
* Providing advice and support with regard to high level complex cases including dismissals and appeals
* Working closely with Education providers including Schools and Academies in the area
Requirements:
* Experience of working in a large complex organisation
* CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in HR
* Excellent knowledge of employee relations issues
Location – Blackburn (full-time, no hybrid working).
