Job Title: Mobile Train Presentation Team Leader (Night Shifts) – Must hold a valid UK driving licence!

Location: Allerton Depot, Liverpool Lime Street and South Parkway Stations (Liverpool)

Contract Length: Initial 6-Month Contract with Potential for Permanent Position

About the Role: As a Mobile Train Presentation Team Leader, you'll lead and mentor a dedicated team of 7-8 Train Cleaners, ensuring impeccable cleanliness standards within the industry. Your responsibilities will include:

Efficiently and timely cleaning of trains to meet required standards.
Daily allocation of cleaning tasks and monitoring staff attendance and performance.
Conducting audits on trains to uphold high standards.
Providing guidance, support, and motivation to maintain a consistent and efficient working environment.
Transporting cleaning solutions and equipment to various locations.
Ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
This role is hands-on and requires you to be on your feet for most of your shift.

The Successful Candidate: We seek individuals with unwavering work ethics, keen attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and adaptability. A valid UK driving licence is essential to drive the company van to various locations.

Requirements: Candidates must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work night shifts. The schedule involves working from 19:00 pm to 05:00 am on a roster pattern working 4 on 4 off, followed by 5 on 3 off, with overtime opportunities available.

Rate of Pay and other benefits:

£13.56 per hour worked.
Company vehicle provided.
Training and uniform PPE included.
Opportunity for permanent employment with full company benefits.
