We are working with precision Engineering specialists and a company who manufacture highly specialised, extreme precision turned and milled components. We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer.
Key Skills required of CNC Mill Turn Programmer:
* Must have hands on working experience as a CNC Mill Turn Programmer (combined experience or either or) at least 5+ years
* Over 5 years experience as a CNC Programmer, Setter, and Operator in a manufacturing environment.
* Must have the ability write own programs from scratch or edit Programs or Offline programming
* Proficiency in CNC programming using CAD/CAM software
* Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials
* Experience of high precision engineering and tight tolerances
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality parts
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Experience with Fanuc or Mazak controls will be required or similar
* Any experience of 4x Doosan MX2600ST 9 axis mill turn machine will be beneficial
* Experience on MX Twin Spindle 8 or 9 axis turning centres will be beneficial

Working hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 4.30pm - overtime is available
