Internal Business Development Manager (Bridging Finance)

Location: Manchester – Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 + Great bonuses and Commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

·Dealing with enquires.

·Liaising with brokers and often clients.

·Structuring deals.

·Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and relationship-building.

·Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.

·Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

·Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the bridging finance industry.

·Educate clients on the features and benefits of our bridging finance products.

·Work closely with clients to understand their financing needs and guide them through the application process.

·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely processing of applications.

·Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.

·Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to position our products effectively.

·Collaborate with underwriting and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

·Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to streamline the approval process.

·Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business development success.

·Generate regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for management review
