We are looking to recruit a Labour Manager / Resourcer to work from their Manchester City Centre office. Work directly with a leading, high billing Manager to support and assist on key accounts.

This professional team works directly with the leading companies and maintains close relationships with the most respected and prestigious companies whereby delivery a high level of service.

Job Description:

Labour Manager / Resourcer

The ideal applicant will be an experienced Labour Manager / Resourcer who can maintain and build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike. Attention to detail and high levels of strong communication.

• Fill live jobs with candidates who have been fully vetted and referenced

• Request certificates for candidates and add them to their files

• Stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and regulatory requirements specific to London to inform recruitment and labour management practices.

• Create and send assignment details to candidates

• Ensuring all time-sheets for your division are in on time, correct and send to payroll for processing on a weekly basis

• Formatting CVs/Creating candidate profiles

• Update candidate records

• Register new candidates who are looking for work
