I am working with a hospitality venue in Manchester who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team! Their ideal candidate will have experience within the hospitality industry and will be creative and self-sufficient!

Create and execute marketing campaigns across content, email, digital, and social channels.
Support promotional marketing activities for our venues, from concept to production and implementation.
Provide hands-on marketing support at our venues to develop and deliver high-quality content.
Design and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase bookings/footfall.
Oversee our brand newsletters, including creation, writing, and scheduling of guest communications.
Collaborate with videographers, content creators, and graphic designers.
Assist with centrally organized campaigns, events, promotions, and communications.
Manage our online presence on platforms like Google and Trip Advisor.
Handle POS and menu ordering for all sites.
Generate weekly reports on marketing and communications performance.
Collaborate with partner agencies (PR and paid media).
Support external promoters in marketing their events
Maintain the website and keep event listings updated.
Work with website development partners to optimize our website.
Set up tickets with our ticketing partner platforms.
Build and send newsletters.
Manage our email database.Be available for work outside normal hours, including weekends, if necessary.

Experience:

4 years+ of marketing experience
Background in the hospitality industry
Events & PR
Organic & paid social
Email marketing & CRM
