I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Team Leader. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of multi skilled engineers, driving the maintenance and improvement of our manufacturing processes and equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely, contributing to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and systems.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
* Coordinate with production teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions and support.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Minimum NVQ level 3 in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
