Job Title: Stock Control and Order Processing Specialist

Location: Aylesbury

Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (30 minute break)

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stock Control and Order Processing Specialist to join a expanding jewellery business in Aylesbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with experience in stock control and order processing who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Utilize the stock control system to check incoming stock, update quantities, and allocate locations.

* Print and accurately label inventory.

* Coordinate shipments to Amazon warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

* Process orders through Shopify, Veeqo, and Royal Mail with precision.

* Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.

* Maintain accurate records of stock movements, orders processed, and customer interactions.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and streamline processes for improved efficiency.

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines, including a fragrance-free environment.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in stock control and order processing roles.

* Proven track record in order processing and customer service, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet browsing/emailing.

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Fluent written and spoken English with excellent communication abilities.

* Honest, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.

* Ability to work in a fragrance-free environment due to the nature of the products.
