About the Role: As a Site Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful execution of a thriving industrial project in Wolverhampton. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all on-site operations, ensuring that the project progresses smoothly and is delivered on time and within budget. You will be tasked with coordinating with subcontractors, implementing robust health and safety measures, and maintaining stringent quality standards throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise all on-site activities, including subcontractor management and resource allocation.
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to uphold safety standards.
Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective strategies to keep the project on track.
Foster open communication channels with project stakeholders, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and safety records.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager, with a solid background in industrial construction projects.
Possession of a valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is mandatory.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate on-site teams to achieve project objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and quality control processes.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite is desirable.
