We are currently recruiting for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Team Leader to join our dynamic marketing department here at Bradford College. This role involves leading a team of digital marketing professionals to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that enhance our institution's online presence, engage our target audience, and drive student enrolment and engagement.

We are a leading educational institution committed to providing exceptional learning experiences and outcomes for our students. Our Digital Services team plays a crucial role in enhancing educational delivery through innovative digital solutions.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the College’s goals and objectives.

*

Identify and leverage new digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance our online presence and reach.

*

Lead, mentor, and manage a digital marketing assistant while fostering a collaborative and productive team environment with the wider marketing team.

*

Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content across all digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, website, and paid advertising.

*

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote educational programs, events, and other initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.

*

Implement and manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.

*

Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

*

Establish KPIs and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and ROI.

*

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, academic departments, and IT, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

*

Communicate and collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors, to maximize marketing efforts.

*

Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Hybrid working is negotiable for this role. This means you may be able to work a proportion of your time on campus and some remotely. We are open to discussing this with you during the application process as we recognise the benefits and importance of an environment that supports flexible working.

Education & Training

*

GCSE English & GCSE Maths at a minimum of grade C/4

Experience

*

Demonstrable previous experience in digital marketing, and experience working in a leadership role.

*

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, content management systems, social media, and email marketing.

*

Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

*

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
