We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a strong background in HVAC, hardware, and software to drive the success of our personal energy management system. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements documents (PRDs) that align with the company's overall vision and goals
Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and launch
Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform product decisions
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize product features and ensure alignment with business objectives
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Requirements
Essential Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on HVAC, hardware, and software products
Strong understanding of product development processes, including Agile methodologies
Proven track record of successfully launching products and driving revenue growth
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferable Requirements:
Experience with energy management systems, IoT devices, or smart home technologies
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ENERGY STAR, UL)
Certification in product management (e.g., PMP, CSPO)
