This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sustainability consultancy to join a leading energy and sustainability compliance consultancy based in Cardiff. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of multidisciplined projects, predominantly providing their expertise within BREEAM.

Role responsibilities include:

Assisting with BREEAM Assessments from inception to completion of projects
Under supervision you will produce energy and sustainability statements and strategies
Working alongside the design team, authorities, and contractors
Aiding with early design modelling by looking at passive design modelsThe ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:

An educational background within a sustainability, environmental science, or engineering discipline.
A minimum of 1 years' experience in a relevant role within the built environment industry
Experience delivering BREEAM assessments from project inception to completion is essential.
A BREEAM Assessor qualification would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills with previous experience in a client facing role being advantageousBenefits of the role:
