A rapidly expanding online retailer of vehicles parts and accessories in Stafford is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to support the Director with general administrative and financial tasks, as well as the day-to-day running of the business.

As the Office Administrator you will be responsible for:

Overseeing administrative, financial and facilities management functions.
Managing customer accounts, quotes and dealing with queries.
Invoicing, credit control, paying suppliers.
Preparing and collating paperwork for bookkeeper.
Maintaining and updating the CRM and accounting systems.
Administering and training on company software programs (inventory, orders, warehouse systems)
Developing and implementing administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.   
The Office Administrator will have the following skills and attributes:

Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
Previous experience in administration, office or facilities management would be a distinct advantage.   
You will be working from the office in Stafford between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch.
  
Appointment will be subject to DBS and right to work checks and satisfactory references.
