Description

As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be speaking to existing customers handing a range of queries relating to their products and services ensuring service level agreements are exceeded.

You will be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls no day will be the same and will also be communicating with customers over webchat and email.

Profile

Ideally previous Contact Centre experience however full training will be provided and will consider candidates from other backgrounds and look at transferable skills.
