Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products and brand.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Product Launches: Lead the planning and execution of product launches, including developing marketing materials, coordinating with sales and production teams, and managing timelines.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising to drive traffic and engagement.
Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and newsletters.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships and collaborations with influencers, brands, and other relevant entities to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Event Planning: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand exposure and drive sales.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the food industry.
Skills:Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
